Welcome to FROBAE — froyo & açai, your way

FROBAE is Caroline Springs' first self-serve frozen yoghurt and açai bar, tucked into the outdoor dining precinct at CS Square. We make our froyo fresh in-house every single day, and the whole cup is yours to build. This little post is a placeholder — our real stories, flavour drops and specials will land here soon.

How self-serve works#

Grab a cup, pull the lever, and swirl as many of our rotating flavours as you like. There are around ten on the machines at any time — from Chocolate and Salted Caramel to Açai, Mix Berry and Tropical Mango. Then it's over to the toppings bar to finish it your way.

Made fresh, every day#

Everything is made on-site daily, so what's on the machines can change. We keep gluten-free, vegetarian and halal-friendly options in the mix so there's something for everyone.
